If you wanna take jabs at my looks, I'm cool with it, don't care.

However, I've always been fascinated by fact, even back in the day, why it was accepted to totally deride Mike Ricci's looks when the dome used to chant "Ricci's ugly, clap, clap, clap clap clap!" I used to think, "I wonder if this hurts his feelings?" and couldn't partake.

Secondly, if a female athlete was openly mocked for being ugly.... would we be casually OK with it?

For the record, I never understood the Ricci's ugly take either. I think he's a pretty attractive guy in an unconventional way.
