Both seem to have more than enough room for the access, and seems like (yet another) asinine design decision that will eventually get fixed for way more money in the future. (looking at you Stoney @ 69th St interchange disaster)

That is correct. The only access to both SB and NB Stoney would be through Bow. I think the argument was that there isn't enough land, but I have no idea if that is true or not, as there seems like lots and it is all part of the transportation corridor.
