The curious thing is the 5 team trade list he will have after this year.
If he really wants to go to Philly, he can easily make that happen by using the trade list to get there - and you get an even worse return.
I think if you plan to trade gaudreau you have to do it before the deadline this year. I just don't see you getting more value after the season (even before the 5 team list kicks in).
