After Gaudreau's gutless attempt along the boards last night leading to the game winning goal I cannot see him long for a Sutter team. Butter soft forwards are never ones to build a playoff team around.
I see no way Gaudreau returns to Calgary so we had better get something for him rather than him walking for nothing regardless of playoff position. When things are going right Gaudreau is an amazing player but things rarely go right and he seems unable to right things himself. Konecy is a fine player and would fit in well.
