If/when ownership decides to change direction i would hope its a house cleaning and starting fresh.
I thought Maloney did quite well with the position he was in while in Phoenix, but he may be a little too much like Treliving in what he values in players. Ditto Conroy as well because all he has ever known in a front office position is what he has learned from BT.
