At the end of the season, I hope Giordano does an honest assessment of where he’s at and hangs it up if he decides his game is not at the level it should be as captain of the Calgary Flames. He’s been a great leader and player but if the game has passed him by I hope he recognizes it and doesn’t stick around simply for the money (I know...easy for me to say). His salary would do a lot to get this team on the right track next year.
