I can do zero by myself If I want to have a high level of craftsmanship. The bathroom is decent but could use a bit of upgrade. Like a vanity and new sealing. Both bathrooms have new toilets. The kitchen has granite countertops but outdated cupboards. some features are slate tiling, hardwood floor, granite countertops a school across the street, and a fireplace.
