Beyond all that..it could be ANYTHING.
His wife called and told him she was pregnant even though he had a vasectomy.
His father called and told him that his favorite pizza was no longer going to be on the menu.
Johnny just informed him about a great deal on a house in Philly he has been eyeing.
His doctor called and told him those are not hemmoroids.....its a tumor!!
All absurd but made to point out that even if someone looked uncomfortable on a zoom call..there could be, literally, a thousand reasons for it.
The guy is a human...humans have bad days, humans get uncomfortable for various reasons.
Personally i did not notice anything thats being suggested but then again i wasnt looking for it and those that were saw something that confirmed what they believe...even if the reason for it has nothing to do with their entirely made up conclusions.
