If the cap goes up post Covid then the Oilers will be able to add some pieces, and they’ve been drafting much better recently under Holland than under Chiapet.
The big hope needs to be them having an early playoff failure again this year and then he gets fed up and asks for a trade.

Have they really been drafting better under Holland? Holloway looks okay but Broberg was a pretty sketchy pick.
