But yeah bobbled the puck a bit, but he has to be rusty. Deserves more games with that effort.

That is the problem with expectations... Last year he was clearly the best Flames skater for the whole year and on most games. That was helped by Gaudreau, Monahan, Gio Lindholm having a drastic fall in play from 2018-19.
Now he is still without doubt one of the best Flames players but not 20% better than anyone else.
Hockey Stats cards has him as a close second to Gaudreau for this year.,
