They are 12-7-7, hence in NHL standings, they are .500 games above .500.
Most playoff teams are usually around 95 points minimum, or 13 games above .500.
I assume you are sarcastically referring to their 7 loser points, suggesting their real record is 12-14. Valid statement, but at the end of the day the NHL values OT loses as basically a tie.
