Does this effect the number of teams from their home countries association if the winner did not qualify for CL in their home league?
For example, Sevilla won last year and receive automatic qualification. But they also finished 4th in La Liga so qualify that way too. What if they finished 5th and Villareal finished 4th - does Spain have 5 teams in the Group Stage or does Villareal get bumped off?

they'd have 5 spots. Happened for example when United won the EL in 2017, there were then 5 English teams in the 17/18 CL group stage.
I believe it'd get messy if for example Liverpool won the CL and Spurs the EL, with both finishing outside of the top 4 ... I think then the team in 4th place would be bumped off because I don't think they'd allow 6 teams.
