I'm all for quality, but IMO people spend far too much on kitchens and bathrooms. They are going to look outdated in 15 years no matter what you do. So unless you're going for some kind of classic highest end design, you're better off just getting the pre-fab.
Definitely not higher end. This is for a seniors complex and the condo might be worth 175K. This will be a condo for another little old lady to move into. We just want it cleaned up a bit for it gets listed for sale, our Nana had a habit of placing hot pots and pans on the counters and leaving burn marks over them!
