Ya, starsan is the way to go. I do a rinse, but I hear it isn't necessary. I have one of those goose necks that go on the sink faucet, so rinsing is really easy anyway. I also use a bottle washer to apply the starsan. So I setup bottles on the left, starsan wash, then to the goosneck, then the other side of the sink, dunking the caps in starsan and rinse water as I go. I can process 100 bottles in about 45 minutes. Then I cap them (flip top) and have a clean supply ready to go. Often there is some rinse water left, so I dump that as I open them for bottling. Never yet had a bad bottle with this method.
