Do you rinse after sanitizing the bottles ?
I was planning to use 2 oz plain bleach and 5 gallons of water.
Soak for 30 minutes (As per a Good eats Episode I have recorded) I like Alton Brown...
Then drain into the bucket again with the liquid priming sugar mixture.
Bottle, close/cap and wait 2 weeks at least before trying one...

If you are using bleach than I would rinse them good. I usually use starsan which you don't need to rinse off and works the best of any food grade sanitizer out there.
