Sutter rewards effort if you execute. If you put in effort but make stupid plays - like dumping the puck from behind your
own net into the slot where a defenseman is already covered - Sutter tends to sit you down and let you think long and hard about what you did. All the effort in the world doesn't matter if you're a bonehead.
