True, but the first link (all I've read so far) says this:

As a comment on one of the other links points out, however, those names were undoubtedly pretty common. They apparently did a bunch of forensic testing, etc but as you pointed out, there's probably no way to know anything for sure. Except that it'll undoubtedly further pad James Cameron's pockets.
