Years ago I bought an X-tools torque wrench from Chain Reaction Cycles on the basis of the excellent reviews it had for south of $40. 2-24 NM. It has served me well over the years. I checked their site and it appears to be discontinued or possibly rebranded as this:

That being said, I use a Stanley Fatmax for the higher-torque stuff like cassette lockrings and bottom brackets.
