Don't forget:
Tommy Gorman (Chicago x1, Montreal Maroons x1)
I always remember that bit of historical trivia because Gorman won those two Cups
in consecutive years. He ragequit the Hawks after their Cup win, basically because the owner was being a jerk. Then he went straight to the Maroons, got the coach/GM job, and won the Cup the very next season as a big F.U. to his former team.
Gorman also won Cups as GM of the Ottawa Senators and Montreal Canadiens. He was truly one of a kind.
