Right. I’m a lawyer, and we get sued if we miss a limitation date, because it’s basic and you have to know it. But if I’m wrong about a trial strategy that doesn’t pay off, it’s not something I can be sued over. If I lose over and over and over again, people won’t hire me.
Edwards was at my former firm but he took off to make money before I started there. But I did have dealings with him because he continued to use the firm for things, and I was very involved with him when he acquired Lake Louise and the related resorts out of CCAA.
