Really, all he will "implement" from the start is accountability. Something seriously lacking on this group.
He won't let guys cheat the way the game should be played which is a monstrous issue for many on this team.
He may be the only guy that made sense to come in at this point...good on BT and company to snag him. I would have guessed he would want nothing to do with this group but in his mind his chance at redemption outweighs anything.
The 3 year deal tells the current roster that he is not going anywhere either....so it is entirely on them. Good.
