The Oilers had 4 guys score 20 goals that year, and five guys got 50+ points.
The Flames had ONE and it was Iggy.
The next highest guy was Donovan at 18. Nobody not named Iggy broke 50 points.
It was Iggy, Kipper, Regehr, and, respectfully, a bunch of nobodies.
The most accomplished players outside that Group were Gelinas and Yelle. Love em both, but I’d normally say if either of those guys are on or near your #1 PP unit, you’re more likely to pick 1st overall than win it all.
