In Ryan we're talking about a 4th line player on any decent, playoff calibre team. At his cap hit he should be a heck of a lot more than what he is too. You can maybe afford to have 2 of these guys on the roster, but certainly not more than half your forwards made up of garbage bin talent like this. |
I can understand that, But it may difficult to attract a good player when is your team located in small market in colder place. If the team can't find a talent through draft, you must pay more to sign or to trade for a player.
Anyway these players could be and should be useful if you use them correctly. Unfortunately this management or the coach is not able to do that.
