The airlock is burping about every 20 seconds now.
What is the standard to wait before you bottle with priming sugar.
Instructions say 1 week or so.
Other references say when the bubbles are a minute or more apart.
Thoughts ?
As well...some of the mash mixed in with the beer before I added it to the carboy.
How do I clear up the cloudiness before bottling ?
