I have been big Skinner guy since day 1...but in no way, shape or form do i want anything to do with that contract...like never.

He is signed longer than Eichel...think about that. Oh...and has a NTC to boot.

Also cannot see where Buffalo would retain salary for 6 more years after this one.

But most of all....i just dont believe they will trade Eichel unless he has asked to get out, which is a small possibility.

There is no scenario where they improve their team getting rid of him though. No matter what the deal is, he will be the best player involved...by a mile im guessing.

And the oldest addage in the league for GM's making a deal is: whoever gets the best player, wins.
