But it doesn't even work. Trust me, someone called about our neighbors dog barking, the neighbor got one letter about six months ago about the barking and that it is fineable by the bylaws. Six months later and the dog still barks and they haven't received a single fine.
Dog bylaws are likely DFL on the priority list for bylaw cops, and deservedly so.
