Let me quess? Individual preparation? Any coach that isn't giving the room a primer on the team they are about to face and how best to defeat the systems isn't worth a ####. What, is coaching to you just walking in the room, dropping a couple of f-bombs, reminding them we're here to win, and then heading off the bench to try and unwrap your gum?
