If the Sabres trade Eichel, there is going to have to be a high value cost controlled asset coming back. The Flames don’t have that piece.

Dominic Hasek says Hi. So do Pat lafontaine and Gilbert Perreault. Eichel hasn't done anything yet. He averages mid 60s in games played a season and has only been a plus player 1 time in 6 years and his average pts a year is 58.5. He's not that elite. He's actually pretty on par to Monahan in terms of stats except Monahan is usually a plus player.
