And team chemistry is important. Much more important than a bottom 6 player.
We don't know if there are hard feelings about Sam's top line ice time, but it's not hard to see why that would make some upset. Leivo and Simon signed low dollar deals here because there was an opening on Monahans wing. Now they see that opportunity given to a guy that is not any better and has asked to be traded. Let's remember, they are playing for the next contract. Are they regretting signing here?

Leivo and Simon signed the deals they did because they were the best available for them.
Both had their opportunity there before Bennett. Both squandered it.
