Outside the carousel of coaches, I'd say by far BT's biggest mistake is trading for Hamonic. Completely unnecessary trade even if Hamonic didn't continue to fall off the rails.
Imagine what those pieces could have been used on instead. Essentially gave up what we traded for Hamilton for nothing.
