I don't think half measures will be enough. This version of the Flames have run their course. I think its time BT made a short list, and loaded up on picks. The Flames have some good young pieces so if they play things right they could be back to a playoff team in 2 years. That said, re-tooling on the fly will only lead to more water treading, big moves need to happen.
