Keefe seems to have a history of being able to do just that: create offense. Perhaps it's a mentality.

I watched a video about Laviollette and how he gets his team to think about offense - how are the going to help create offense. Maybe it's something like spending less time on details and being defense. If you are pounding check check check all the time
