I think I agree with Bingo on this: Cassie Campbell is a very good analyst, but not great at doing the in-game colour. But these things don't tend to bother me much.
I will also say I agree with GioforPM about his preference for Francis over Dowbiggen, and mostly because of his distinction as a great civic citizen, and from numerous very positive reports from people who have had in-person contact with him. For the number of times I find myself rolling my eyes, or sighing deeply in response to something Francis says, he really does seem like a quality human.
