If Tiger wants to actually come back and play then I imagine the PGA Tour will do whatever it takes to make it happen, including allowing him to use a cart. Any other player and the other guys on tour would revolt, but given the idol worship they have for Tiger is unlike anything in any other sport, and given how much he means to TV ratings, I would guess they'll bend over backwards to try and get him back out there.
