One thing I have wondered is how much control Jack has in the organization. It seemed at one point they were willing to do anything to appease him. I wonder if trading the franchise player would change that organization around. Like you said, they are bringing in the right players. But, is their system reliant on something else? Is it not built on a franchise player, but rather a team effort, (as stupid as that sounds)?
It kind of reminds me of Treliving, where he has made some good moves for the core to be successful, but we haven't really made a big push either.
