Has any other team kept there top powerplay together for the last 3 years (or longer?)? Could another change be keeping Mangiapane on the top line?
Flames top lines have become stale, although I do wonder if they're still learning the play style which is causing these mistakes due to the shortened preseason. Not much changed at the restart and they haven't even been back to NHL hockey for 2 months yet.
