When some good leaders lead people, they listen to what their team members have to offer, figure out the game plan, lay it out to the team, and the leaders magically end up succeeding within the framework they structure

Players who step up and lead are doing the coach’s bidding. They are aligned to the vision and execute because they think it’s their idea and own it
