The job of the coach is to get the best out of the talent that’s there. Ward isn’t doing that.

The Flames play (when they "play") a terribly structured game. It's so terribly structured it's impossible to tell what the structure is, other than "Don't make a mistake". Their timidity costs them.
Then there is the s-l-o-w decision-making, resulting in blocked shots, passes etc. Throw in a little desperation and pucks get chucked all over the ice, usually nowhere near anyone or the goal.
If anyone can identify the "system", I'm all ears!
