I'm in the Bobblehead camp on this one. Going from $5 to $20 would be a 300% jump. However, after reading the quote in the paper about 8 times I see what they're getting at. The fee is going from $15 to $20. It's increasing by $5. Not fotze's fault, that is just a really poorly worded sentence IMHO.
