Really just sounds very defensive. Agrees that the team is really inconsistent. He's speaking so fast that he's running out of breath. Pretty strange to hear.
No specific criticisms. He mentioned the coaches have to get the team prepared. Not much detail... talks about negativity. Also, said that if the team plays like horse**** on the ice and that'll lead to criticism. This is so different than most of his interviews with Steinberg, which are usually friendly and jokey.
