I do know that Cuomo was getting a ton of press at the start of Covid and a lot of very friendly press I may add. There was a segment perhaps around June? Chris was interviewing Andrew on CNN and they both kept raving about how history will remember how well NY climbed the Covid mountain and all the wonderful things that had occurred and the perseverance's. I just know a lot of people in the press and friends of mine in NY just had a look of "What?? What is he talking about? Why is CNN allowing this freakshow? Cause it makes Trump look bad?
It was almost as if NY wasn't the center of the Covid nightmare in America and that somehow the Governor saved everybody. It was hard to watch and even veteran reporters said it was very strange that CNN, Chris and everybody was trying to rewrite history.
In any event, this "Killer Cuomo" situation where there were a ton of deaths in nursing homes that were 100% a result of the policy put in place by the Governor seems to have some legs from some of the reporting. For a long time it was thought to be some right wing, Fox News hot garbage to make to Democrats look bad.
From recent reporting it sounds like there is a lot of garbage that happened and that people are going to want some answers.

CNN is a tabloid posing as a news source and milked the Cuomo situation as much as it possibly could. They used to have some credibility when they came to fame during the Gulf War, but their bias has really undermined their reporting in the past 5 years.
I was watching when Cuomo's brother Chris got covid, the Cuomo interviews, even bought in to the hype and started watching all their interviews. They were the world's darlings for a few months at the onset.
Even Fox News tried to stay clear of the darling brothers at the time, until Chris Cuomo was caught violating quarantine, and afterwards got this made for CNN media dramatic emergence proved as a sham.

The nursing home stories were definitely there, but was being buried by the MSM. Fox News is the only place to call it out, but again was pushed as some right-wing rhetoric garbage.

Now don't get me wrong, Fox News is as tabloidish and partisan as it gets, but for whatever reason CNN gets a pass, and even Fox News can still be right at times.
