The one thing an experienced guy would bring I suppose, is a lack of excuses for the players. But who? Boudreau is a winning guy, but people here seem to want an ass-kicker and that ain’t him. Sutter is but some think he’s old fashioned (I think he’d be fine - he’s more adaptable than people think).

I agree on Sutter. I still believe banking on an experienced coach is a better. way to go. I think the bigger crapshoot is hiring a guy who has never had experience as a head coach. Either way at this stage with the window closing we need to get it right.
