I'm not confident that this group of players can get it done. But I am certain that they are not being well-coached. I don't know how anyone who watches the team closely can't see that. Their breakouts are slow and predictable, other teams have adapted game plans to counter ours, and Ward has made no counter-adjustments except to shuffle personnel in a haphazard manner. I see a lot of players playing with no confidence doing what they are told instead of relying on their instincts and strengths.
I really do believe a coaching change needs to be made. The writing is on the wall. It's the lowest risk move to make.
