I would add up the costs, and contact him and let him know you'll be filing your judgement with the court, and that he would then be responsible for the costs as well as the original judgement. And that if he doesn't pay you'll file with his credit and the personal property registry.

Bullies sometimes back down when you can convince them they have well and truly lost.
