Long story short... I took my old landlord to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) in Alberta - over a security deposit issue.

I was awarded judgement in my favor, as of Dec 4, 2020. His timeframe to appeal expired Jan 4, 2021. He is refusing to pay me.

Any ideas from anyone as to what my next steps should be? It is not a lot of money, but it is more the principle of the thing.

I appreciate any guidance and advice!! Thanks!!
