Little doubt the Knights or Avs would crush the Flames in a 7 game series but that still doesn't mean I would take any less enjoyment from watching the Flames win games especially over rival teams. For better or worse this is a team that's going to be in the running for the last playoff spot in the division and given how terrible the division is they may even be able to win their first round matchup. To me that doesn't make for a successful season but it's still a lot better than being the Canucks or Senators.

I can’t really bring myself to cheer against them either, and I did enjoy the victory last night, but they’re hollow victories.
