Hah, I have that setup, but it was when I bought the house. During possession the old owner shut the heat off accidentally and left. The key is they didn’t winterize!

So our realtor shows up and noticed the house was frozen, turns on heat and kaboom.

This is a great call out though to anyone without a winterize shut off valve.
