Concept 2 is the gold standard for rowing machines.

They sell quickly on Kijiji, for a pretty high price. There aren't any for sale right now in Alberta. You'd be able to recoup most of that $1,250. Probably $1,000. I bought mine a few years ago on Kijiji. I could probably sell it for more than I paid for it.

You can pick up treadmills for free all the time, but not Concept 2 rowers. Olympic weights and Concept 2's might be the only exercise equipment that hold their value.
