I miss going to the games for sure and the intensity of fans in the stands even when watching on TV.

I've said it before, the NHL blew it big time. With no fans you could have creative camera angles and cameras on booms extending over the ice (high enough not to bother the players). You could even have drones flying around for some really cool shots.

In some rinks the camera pods are so high viewing on TV is awful. With no fans put the main cams in row 10.

Is there a sport that has done less than hockey (particularly in Canada) to enhance the viewer experience?
