There are pools and exchanges that allow people to "stake" without needing the required multiples of 32 ETH, or don't want to deal with the hassle of setting up their own nodes and validators. At least two well-known exchanges have it already setup, Kraken and Binance and unlike staking it yourself, you can "unstake" (if an emergency comes up) and get back liquid ETH (at a conversion of about 0.96).
